titleOfInvention Turquoise ceramic pigment
abstract The invention: the pigment contains, wt%: silicon oxide 40.96-46.08: alumina 7.03-7.91, calcium oxide 25.06-28.19; iron oxide 2.48-2.79; magnesium oxide 1.53-1.72; sodium oxide 1.08-1.21; potassium oxide 1.59-1.79; copper oxide 10.0-20.0; titanium oxide 0.27-0.31. The prepared mixture is heat treated at 1150 ° C for 1 hour in sieve kilns. The melt is granulated into water. Pigment slip is dried to a moisture content of not more than 0.1%. The pigment is mixed with the frit in the amount of 75-95% of the frit and 5-25% of the pigment, then broken open in a ball mill. Characteristics of the pigment: purity tone 64%, chemical resistance to 1 n. HCI 99.28-99.51%. 2 tab. (Ls
