titleOfInvention Method for treating glaucoma
abstract Usage: in medicine, in particular in ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: first, the anterior chamber angle is expanded by laser gonioplasty and laser iridectomy. Then, under the scleral flap, Schlemm's canal is extrarenalized, forming strips of tissue from its outer wall and deep layers of the sclera, which lead out of the scleral flap bed and are used as drainage. Make holes in trabecula. A series of diathermoapplications are applied to the edge of the scleral flap. A positive method improves reliability in a hypotensive manner, extends the applicability of the method in various forms of glaucoma, reduces the incidence of complications - hyphema, hemophthalmus, ciliochoroidal detachment, blockade of trabecular openings by the iris root.
