titleOfInvention Method of surgical treatment of vascular impotence
abstract The invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery, and can be used for the treatment of impotence of vascular genesis. The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of treatment by ensuring an adequate blood supply to the cavernous bodies of the penis. To achieve the goal, the lower epigastric artery is mobilized on the anterior abdominal wall, in the root of the penis, the skin and the fascia are dissected; the lower epigastric artery is passed through the groove to the root of the penis. Then, in the position of the patient on the back with the legs bent and divorced by the semicircular incision, an access is made to the internal genital artery, which is intersected proximal to the site of the bulbar retinal branch, the central part of it is ligated. In the gap between the anterior surface of the pubic joint and the legs of the penis, a tunnel is formed through which the lower epigastric artery is led into the perineum and anastomose with the internal genital artery. The method allows to achieve an increase in blood flow through the arteries of the penis and restore erection. The method is recommended for implementation in practical health care. 1 tab. (L with
