titleOfInvention Method for automatically controlling the process of cooking sulfate cellulose
abstract The invention is intended to improve the accuracy of the regulation of the continuous sulphate pulping process. A process control method is proposed in which the average temperatures of the layers of wood material are estimated and, based on this, the H-factor values for each layer in the cooking apparatus are determined. For the cellulose layer leaving the cooking zone of the boiler, based on the calculated H-factor and the concentrations of the chemical reagent predict the hardness by which the temperature of the liquor supplied to the heating zone of the cooking apparatus is adjusted. By analyzing the hardness of the pulp, the dependence is corrected, according to which the hardness prediction is carried out, and by comparing the value of the degree of incomplete penetration of cellulose and the obtained value of the H-factor, the specific consumption of the chemical reagent 3 yl CO is corrected with
