The invention relates to the microbiological and medical industry, gene and protein engineering, biotechnology. The aim of the invention is to obtain a human anti-hepatitis B core antigen that does not have affinity for nucleic acids, and, in a specific case, to obtain chimeric protein structures exhibiting on the surface of a core antigen lacking 39 C-terminal amino acids, a fragment of the preSIHBV x 20 region on the 68th amino acid. A recombinant HBCAg A-preSI gene (20-68) was constructed that encodes the synthesis of the corresponding protein, the plasmid pGCSI-140 for its expression, as well as the producer strain E. coli / pGSI-140 / recombinant capsid structure HBcAD D-HBVpreS 1 ( 20-68), providing the yield of the final product in an amount of not less than 26.7% of the total protein. 3 sec ff, 3 tab. |
