titleOfInvention Method for treating hypotrophia in little children having syndrome of secondary malabsorption
abstract This invention relates to medicine, in particular to pediatrics. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the treatment time for a disease by stimulating the absorption of carbohydrates. For this, an additional 0.1% solution of adrenaline hydrochloride is administered in a dose of 0.01 ml / kg of body weight for 10 days to the child and the treatment is repeated after 7 days. The method was tested in 11 young children with hypotrophy and secondary malabsorption syndrome. Rapid weight gain in the absence of auxiliary parenteral and enteral feeding was noted due to normalization of monosacchid absorption in the small intestine. The method provided a quick transition to the physiological feeding ration and led to a reduction in the treatment time by 3-4 times. 2 tab.
