abstract Usage: in medicine as exhibiting antimicrobial activity as an intermediate for obtaining 2-derivatives of 1,1,1-trichloro-4- (2,4-dichlorophenyl) -butan-4-one. The inventive product: 2-derivatives of 1,1,1-trichloro-4- (2,4-dichlorophenyl) -butan-4-one CCl-CH (X) -CH-C (O) -CH-Cl-2 , 4, where X = OC (O) CH, T79 - 80 C, BF CHClO, X = Cl T92 - 93 C, BF CHClO 1,1,1-trichloro-2-hydroxy-4 (2,4-dichlorophenyl) - Butan-4-one BF CHClO, yield 61%. T85 - 86C. Reagent 1: 2,4-dichloroacetophenone. Reagent 2: chloral. Reaction conditions: boil for 40 hours in the presence of sodium acetate, followed by isolation of the product and adding sodium chloride and concentrated sulfuric acid or acetyl chloride to it. 5 tab.
