titleOfInvention Method for provoking polyovulation in cows-donors at embryo transfer
abstract The invention relates to animal husbandry, in particular, to methods for artificially causing polio stimulation in cows selected as donors of embryos during transplantation. The aim of the invention is to reduce the laboriousness of the method and increase fertilization ™. The method consists in administering a preparation of the following composition: follicle-stimulating hormone of the pituitary 40-50 mg, vitamin A 24, 7-3.4.6 mg, vitamin Dz 2.5-3.5 mg, vitamin 50-70 mg. 10% ethereal solution of lecithin 0.5-1.0 ml or tween 1-2 drops, distilled water 20 ml. The drug is administered intramuscularly for 3 days, one injection per day. On the 1st day, 7 ml was injected, on the 2nd day - 7 ml, on the 3rd day - 6 ml. 2 tab.
