titleOfInvention | Reflection system of optic-electric device for measuring twist angle |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of instrumentation technology, namely to the reflective elements of optoelectronic systems designed to control the angle of rotation of an object around a given axis. The purpose of the invention is to improve accuracy. A parallel beam of rays formed by an autocollimator lens (not shown) passes through an ana morphose system 2 installed on the half of the entrance pupil of the retroreflective glass tetrahedron 1. In this case, the beam changes the angle of divergence in the plane of anamorphosis coinciding with the plane of the main section of wedges anamorphosis system. After reflection from the retroreflector, the beam is reflected by a direct dihedral mirror 3 mounted on the second half of the entrance pupil of the retroreflector. 3 il. cl |
