titleOfInvention Method of non-contact measuring diameter of a hole
abstract The invention relates to a measuring and control technique, in particular to optical methods for measuring the diameters of holes obtained by metal working. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measuring the diameter by significantly reducing the influence of the quality of the surface treatment of the hole on the measurement result, expanding the range of monitored objects by allowing the hole to be measured at a given depth. The radiation beam from source 2 is reflected by the scanning element 3 to the surface of the object. When the scanning element 3 rotates at a rate of c, the reflected radiation alternately hits n, and the sensitive areas of the radiation receiver 7 are recorded in the measuring unit 8, where they are converted into a digital code. Then the computational measuring unit 9 determines the diameter from the expression (tRnom - jsln 2 hundred + a sin2G) r) tg (hundred + 2 arcsin C sinwg) + S sin 2 with m + A b, DG A Va2 Ctg2 wt + Ctg2 a, d) (a2 - R2) b is the distance between the sensitive areas of the radiation receiver 7; RHOM is the nominal diameter of the hole. O m R; a - removal of the scanning element from the center of the hole; t- measured time interval; w is the angular scanning speed. 2 Il. -b (L S
