titleOfInvention Method for eliminating iridodialysis
abstract The invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmosurgery for the treatment of iridodialysis. This method allows to reduce tissue trauma and surgical complications. This is achieved by inserting a needle with a thread through a puncture in the area of the limb in the meridian opposite to iridodialysis, passing it through the anterior chamber to the iridodialysis site, piercing the torn iris root and chipping it through the scleral part of the limbus outside, fixing the free end strands with tweezers and return the end of the needle to the anterior chamber, pierce the re-torn iris root and again bring the needle end through the scleral part of the limb outward, the extracted duplicate of the thread is fixed with tweezers, returning again, the needle end into the anterior chamber; similarly, the duplication of the thread is repeated outside, and depending on the length of the iris separation, these manipulations are repeated several times, the second end of the thread is pulled out through the scleral part of the limbus, and is pulled through the thread duplicating loops and tie up his ends. The operation is performed while the front chamber is constantly performed. 6 Il. cl
