Dna-fragment alv 7, encoding the synthesis of alpha-amylase, the method of its construction and a strain of bacteria bacillus subtilis - a producer of alpha-amylase |
abstract |
This invention relates to the microbiological industry and genetic engineering. The aim of the invention is to increase the thermal stability of the target product. The ALV 7 DNA fragment was designed on the basis of the DNA fragment encoding the structural part of the B. licheniformis a-amylase gene and a DNA fragment containing the regulatory elements of the B. amyloliquefaciens a-amylase. The fragment of ALV 7 encodes the synthesis of α-amylase, the thermal stability of which is sufficient for industrial use. A method has been developed for constructing a DNA fragment encoding the synthesis of thermostable a-amylase by Bacillus subtilis cells. The resulting Bacillus subtilis strain VKPM B-4766, which produces thermostable a-amylase. 3 sec. f-ly. 2 tab. k |
