Method for determination hydrocarbon oxidizing activity of microorganisms |
abstract |
The invention relates to the protection of materials from bio-damage and can be used in determining the concentration of microorganisms and their water-soluble metabolites for assessing the activity of hydrocarbon-acid microscopic fungi and bacteria. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of determining the activity of hydrocarbon-acidifying microorganisms. The method consists in incubating a suspension of bacteria or spores of the studied micromycete in a two-phase medium, for example a liquid hydrocarbon — an aqueous-mineral medium, into the hydrocarbon phase of which the radioactive isotope tritium is introduced at 25-30 or 30-37 ° C for 10 -15 or 1-3 days for micromycetes or bacteria, respectively, after which the biomass and aqueous phase are separated. 3 tab. |
