abstract This invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to pulmonology and histology. The goal is to obtain high-quality cuts with a preserved tissue structure. The goal is achieved by the fact that after the lung is expelled, a ligature is applied to the trachea, then the veguum pump removes air from the airways and introduces saline into them in a volume equal to the displaced air.
