titleOfInvention Method of determination of calcium in stock and fodder
abstract The invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to methods for the quantitative determination of calcium drought and compound feeds. The purpose of the invention is to increase accuracy and reduce time. Ash obtained by burning a sample of feed, solution ^) t in. 20% hydrochloric acid, adjusted to a volume of 100 cm ' ', is mixed with a buffer solution, which is used as ammonium chloride chloride mixture in a 1: 1 ratio, and the indicator, which is a mixture of arsenazo 1 with 8 oxyquinoline in the ratio of 3: 1 at pH 11-12. Next, the calcium content in the solution is determined from the optical density at a wavelength of 590-610 nm. Using this method allows you to reduce the time to determine calcium by 1.5-2 times and improve the accuracy of the method. Table 1. •? Ё
