titleOfInvention Method for determining endotoxicosis due to surgical operations
abstract The invention relates to medicine and can be used to control the dynamics and prognosis of patients with severe surgical endotoxicosis. The aim of the invention is to accelerate and improve the accuracy of the method due to the fact that a mixture of NADH: FMN-oxi- reductase luciferase and their substrates in saturating concentrations is added as a test substance to the medium, then the patient serum is added. At the same time, the luminescence level of the mixture is determined before and after adding the curd water flow to the chemiluminometer, and, and 2, respectively, the ratio l2 / li is calculated, and if this value is more than 48% relative to the norm, endotoxicosis is determined. The method allows to increase the determination accuracy, since serum microvolumes are being investigated. Analysis time n ^ more than 2 min.
