titleOfInvention | Method for forecasting the course of acute glomerulonephritis |
abstract | The invention relates to medicine, namely to nephrology. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of prediction of the outcome of acute glomerulonephritis. The goal is achieved by those. that the course of acute glomerulonephritis is predicted for histocompatibility antigens of the HLA system. which are determined in the cytotoxic reaction between the typing HLA-active lymphocytotoxic sera and blood lymphocytes, and are used to determine the result of the prognostic niO-case by the formula P = 0.886A1 + 0.857A2 + 0.314AZ - 0.343A28 + 0.286В7 - 0.629В35 - 0.28688 - 0.4A2B8 - 0.286A2B35 - 0.343. and with a predictive score of P > & O establishes a favorable outcome with recovery, and with a predictive value of P = a static indicator of P < They suggest an unfavorable prognosis with outcome in chronic glomerulonephritis. The positive effect of the method is to increase the prediction accuracy from 48.5 to 83.3%. 1 table.E |
