The prevention of secondary cataracts, which develops on the basis of the organization of residual lens masses. The method consists in the following: after the mechanical removal of the lens masses, a cannula is inserted into the cavity of the succinic sac, through which a crystalline 0.3-0.5 ml is added to the chemotrypsy at a dilution of 1: 5000.
