| abstract | FIELD: fish farming. To improve the quality of the target product according to the method of obtaining feed for young sows and gray fish, including the mixing of fish meal, wheat flour and animal protein, skimmed milk powder, protein-vitamin complex, fish oil, meal and premix of trout, as flour from animal protein use wastes from the production of lecithin from gonad of squid, crushed wheat as wheat flour, and phyllophor as meal, meal, in the following ratio, wt.%: protein-vitamin complex 9.3-10.0, crushed wheat 31.0- 32.7, waste from the production of lecithin from gonad squid 5.62-6.0, meal Philofory 0.93-1.0, skimmed milk powder 9.3-10.0, premix trout milk 1.55-2.0, fish meal, and immediately before feeding, fish oil is added to the target product at a final concentration of 7%. The invention allows to increase the growth of live juvenile salmon by 16.7-76.6, increases survival by 40%. 5 tab. |
