titleOfInvention Method of respiratory gymnastics
abstract The invention relates to medicine and is intended to train the respiratory muscles of patients with obstructive pulmonary pathology. The purpose of the invention is to reduce fatigue, excluding complications of the respiratory tract. The patient's respiratory muscles are loaded during inhalation and exhalation, while the loading is performed in the initial phase, and the no-load operation in the final inhalation and exhalation loading of the muscles is accomplished by complete deceleration of the air flow from the moment of changing its direction until the intrapleural pressure reaches a given level. Loading is at the beginning, and work without load at the final phase of each inhalation and exhalation, full braking of the air flow and at the moment when the intrapleural pressure reaches a given level, the restoration of free gas exchange reduces fatigue and eliminates complications of the respiratory tract. 1 hp ff, 1 tabl, 00s
