titleOfInvention Method for determination of ulcerated defect healing stage in childre
abstract The invention relates to medicine and can be applied in determining the stage of healing of a ulcer defect. The goal is to reduce the morbidity of the method. Collect saliva, add EDTA, centrifuge in 0.1 ml of the supernatant, add 2.5 ml of phosphate buffer and ferrous sulfate. The initial level of chemiluminescence is recorded, then 2% hydrogen peroxide solution is added, cause an outbreak of chemiluminescence and, if this indicator is below the age norm, the stage of healing of the ulcer defect is determined. Injury is reduced due to the absence of the need for invasive collection of biological media.
