abstract | This invention relates to biotechnology and relates to the production of monoclonal antibodies to human insulin using a new hybridoma strain. The purpose of the invention is the preparation of a hybridoma strain producing monoclonal antibodies to a new determinant on a human insulin molecule. Strain D4B3 is obtained by hybridization of immune cells of BALB / c mouse lymph nodes with myeloma cells P3-X63-Ad8.653. Strain D4B8 is stored in the Specialized Collection of Transplanted Vertebrate Somatic Cells of the Institute of Cytology, USSR Academy of Sciences under the number VSKK (P) 440 D. The cells of strain D4B8 grow on RPMJ 1640 or DMEM medium with 10% fetal calf serum. The concentration of antibodies produced by the D4B8 strain is 50 µg / ml in the culture fluid, 20 mg / ml in ascites fluid.
