The invention relates to the production of steroids, in particular the separation of solodoxine from nightshade. The goal is to increase output, simplify the process and reduce its cost. For this, the silage raw materials (grass of the nightshade grass) are treated with a 9-12% alkali solution, and they are heated with a supply of sharp VDI deaf steam to boil the mixture for 0.5–1.5 hours. Then extract the mixture with evaporation, purification and removal of extracts, followed by extraction of the target product with an acetic acid mixture and precipitation with ammonia. • These conditions increase by 7-10% the yield j (61.1%) of the target product while reducing the process time by 1.6-1.8 times and its cost price by 1.5 times. 6 tab ..gknsdO5i ^ - |
