titleOfInvention | Cast iron |
abstract | The invention relates to metallurgy and foundry, in particular, to compositions of high-carbon iron alloy with high mechanical and operational properties, and can be widely used in the mass production of parts from iron castings of body parts in the machine tool industry. The aim of the invention is to increase the hydraulic strength and damping ability of cast iron and reduce its tendency to warp. The goal is achieved by v by introducing nickel, zinc and lead into the composition of cast iron in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%: Carbon 3.0-3.6; silicon 2.0-2.8 ^ manganese 0.3-0.8; phosphorus O, 2-0,4J copper 0.1-0.6; nickel 0.05-0.1; cerium 0.05-0.08; lead 0.01-0.2; Zinc: 0.008-0.13; Lanthanum 0.02-0.04; Chromium 0.1-0.18 J Iron; the rest. The use of cast iron of the proposed composition makes it possible to increase the cyclic hydrostatic strength by 1.86 times and reduce the tendency of cast iron to warp on - 30-40%. 1 tab., 2 Il.
