abstract The invention relates to medicine and biotechnology. The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield of the target product. The EcoW-EsoZh fragment of the plasmid pAK25 was inserted into the plasmid pG30, containing the rag locus, which ensures stable inheritance of the hybrid plasmid pGA9, which has a size of 7.9 kb. The pGAQ plasmid has unique restriction sites: BamHI, Sail, determines resistance to ampicillin and kanamycin, non-conjugative, encodes protein synthesis, which possesses the antigenic properties of human immunodeficiency virus of the first type (HIV 1). Plasmid-pGA9 was introduced into the E. coli HB101 strain using the trans "| &gt; &amp;amp;ormation; a strain was obtained that provides protein synthesis in the amount of 650-750 µg / ml of protein, the N-terminus of which is represented by full-length beta galactosidase and the C-terminus is the Virusespecific sequence of the gag gene product, which has antigenic properties of HIV 1. 3 cf f-ly.
