titleOfInvention Method for determining implantation material permeability
abstract The method relates to the field of medicine, specifically to implantology, and can be used to determine the biocompatibility of materials intended for implantation inside the human eye. The aim of the invention is to reduce the time and improve the accuracy of determining the permeability of implant materials. This goal is achieved by introducing 0.1-0.2 ml of iodine-containing water-soluble contrast agent at a concentration of 7-1.2% into the anterior chamber, then computed tomography of the eye in an axial plane with a slice thickness of 3-5 mm. with the subsequent change in the X-ray density of the cornea layers outside the implant. 1 tab.
