titleOfInvention Strain of hybridous cultured mammalian cells, mus musculus l
abstract This invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to hybridoma technology, and can be used to identify malignant cells. The aim of the invention is to obtain a strain of hybrid cells producing monoclonal antibodies (Mon-AT) to the differentiation antigen of human J-lymphocytes expressed at various stages of differentiation of β-cells. The strain was obtained by somatic hybridization of mouse myeloma 653.A cells and spleen cells of a BALB / c mouse line immunized with spleen cells of a patient with hairy cell leukemia. Strain cells, montized mon-at. belong to the class lgG2s and are designated IPO-24. The cultural properties of the strain are typical of hybrids, Mon-AT secretion is 10-15 µg / ml in the culture fluid and 5-10 mg / ml in ascitic fluid. The strain deposited under the number VSKK (P) 240D. Mon-ATs are specific for the differentiation antigen of human lymphocytes.
