| abstract | The invention relates to the biological and medical industries and can be used for the purification of gastric juice. The implementation of the method reduces the complexity of the process. The method consists in that the horse's gastric juice is pre-cleaned in a bath with a metal sieve with a pore size of 1-2 mm. The purified feedstock is then preserved with a 10% alcohol solution of salicylic acid, and the resulting suspension is fed under excess pressure to a precipitation filtering centrifuge with a filter made of a corrosion-resistant material. Next, the resulting filtrate is subjected to sterilizing filtration. |
