abstract The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to structural stainless steel, and can be used in chemical, general and municipal engineering in the production of various industrial equipment operating under conditions of prolonged exposure to concentrated aqueous solutions of chlorides and alkalis. The purpose of the invention is to increase the ultimate strength, impact strength, ductility and corrosion resistance of welded joints, reducing the tendency of the metal to temper embrittlement. The steel additionally contains zirconium and yttrium in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Carbon 0.02-0.06; silicon is 0.2-0.5; manganese 0.1-0.5; 17-19-19 chromium; titanium 0.2-0.5; zirconium 0.03-0.08; yttrium 0.01-0.08; iron the rest, provided that the ratio of the total content of titanium and zirconium to carbon should be at least 7. 3 table.
