The invention relates to hybridoma technology and can be used to determine von Willebrand factor (EF) using specific monoclonal antibodies. The purpose of the invention is to obtain a mouse hybridoma strain that produces monAT for PV. Strain receive hybridization of myeloma cells RZHbzad 8.653 with cells of the spleen of mice immunized with partially purified FV. MonAT is selected by enzyme immunoassay on the same antigen. The strain is cultivated in the environment DMEM with 10% serum of cattle. The strain is able to grow in the form of ascitic tumors in the body of syngeneic mice. MonAt class Jg G1.
