The invention relates to high-molecular compounds, specifically to statistical copolymers based on L-lysine and dopamine, and methods for their preparation, which can be used in biochemical practice as low-toxic substances with prolonged hypotensive action. The invention allows to reduce toxicity while maintaining a prolonged hypotensive effect due to the synthesis of statistical copolymers of the formula mol.m. 2000-6500, where m: n 1: 1-1: 3, and the method of their production by the interaction in an organic solvent of N-carboxyanhydride - Σ-ZL- -lysine with dopamine carbonate, taken in a molar ratio of 1: 1 3: 1, the presence of an equimolar dopamine carbonate amount of triethylamine followed by treatment of the reaction products 4.0 6.0 n HBr solution in glacial acetic acid at room temperature for a day. According to the invention, the proposed copolymers are characterized by LD equal to 37-140 mg / kg, and at a dose of 2-5 mg / kg, blood pressure is reduced by 21-46% with a duration of hypotensive action of 70-240 minutes. 2 sec. f-ly, 3 tab. |
