titleOfInvention Method for microorganism cells immobilization
abstract The invention relates to applied microbiology and biotechnology, in particular to methods for immobilizing microbial cells into particles of a polymer gel. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the method of increasing the enzymatic activity of immobilized cells. An aqueous solution of a polymer of the N-vinyl-amide class is used as a gelling solution, and granules with immobilized cells are obtained by adding a suspension of cells in this solution to a water-salt solution containing tannin as a polymer dispersion stabilizer at a temperature of 29-40 ° WITH. The method of immobilization allows to increase the enzymatic activity of the cells (sorbitol-dehydrogenase - 1.2-1.6 times, hydroxylated - 1.6 times) while maintaining its operational stability. 1 hp f-ly, 2 tab.
