titleOfInvention Method of food preparation
abstract The invention relates to the feeding of agricultural poultry, in particular chickens, t-broilers, and can be used in feed mills and poultry farms for the disposal of nitrite in the preparation of feed. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the method and increase the gain in live weight of t-broiler chickens. Chickens in the feed containing potassium nitrite in the amount of 0.05-0.2% were injected with ascorbic acid in a ratio of 1: 10-40 to the content of potassium nitrite. At the same time, the formation of nitrosamines in the digestive tract of the chickens decreased, the content of methemoglobin in the blood returned to normal. The increase in live weight increased by 3.0-8.8% compared with the groups of chickens fed with food without adding ascorbic acid. 4 tab.
