titleOfInvention Method for selection of antibiotics for endolymphatic therapy of surgical infection
abstract FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to medicine, namely to antibiotherapy of a surgical infection. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of selection of antibiotics. The goal is achieved by the fact that antibiotics at a final concentration of 1000 µg / ml are incubated for 20 minutes at 37 ° C in 100 mg of lymphoid tissue homogenet, the supernatant is separated, the concentration of antibiotic is examined in it, and the percent binding is determined. If the degree of binding is 40% or more, the antibiotic is considered suitable for endolymphatic therapy of surgical infection. The positive effect of the method is that increasing the accuracy of the choice of antibiotics for endolymphatic therapy reduces the percentage of suppurations from 69.6% to 42.4% and halves the length of hospital stay. 5 tab.
