titleOfInvention Polymeric reagent for covalent immobilization of serum albumin and a method for preparation of it
abstract The invention relates to the chemistry of polymers and allows you to create a polymer reagent with an increased ability to covalently immobilize serum albumin (94-110 mg of protein per 1 g of polymer reagent), which is achieved by a new structure of a substance of the general formula {-f CH2 - CH (CbH4CH2 NCS ) uf CH2 - -CH (CeH4 CH2CI) CH2 - CH (CeHsHz where x 46-54 mol.%, 3-12 mol.%. z 42-43 mol.%, k 2400-2900, as well as its preparation, heating polymethyl chloromethyrranic with a degree of polymerization of 2400-2900 and the extent of substitution of 57-58% with potassium rohanide in acetonitrile, and cetone, isopropanol or methyl ethyl ketone at the boiling point of the solvent for 10–20 hours.
