| abstract | This invention relates to medical microbiology, namely to the serological identification of pathogenic vibrios. The aim of the invention is the Vibrio cholerae eltor 24 strain used to obtain serum that agglutinates cholera and non-agglutinated vibrioes 24 of the serovar. The Vibrio cholerae eltor 24 strain was isolated from the Vibrio Nag 1443862 24 population of the serovar using the Vibrio cholerae 01 selection of toxigenic cultures and deposited in the collection of the Museum of Living Cultures of the Microbe All-Union Microbial Research Institute under the number KM-32 (24). When using the Vibrio cholerae eltor KM-32 strain (24), it is possible to obtain serum for the diagnosis of intestinal diseases caused by pathogenic vibrios. 1 tab. fe |
