titleOfInvention Method for correcting postischemic disorders in intestinal autograft in experiment
abstract The invention relates to experimental surgery and is a model for studying the effect of correcting post-ischemic disorders in the intestine on the adaptation processes of the intestinal autograft, which is used in plastics of the cervical esophagus. The aim of the invention is to accelerate the restoration of the esophageal epithelium by eliminating dystrophic changes. For this purpose, the autograft after its closure is treated with a glucose solution, and the graft artery is washed successively with a heparin solution, phosphobian, cocarboxylase and 15% xanthinol nicotinate are administered.
