titleOfInvention Inorganic ion exchanger and method for its production
abstract The invention relates to inorganic ion exchangers for extracting boron from solutions and methods for their preparation. The purpose of the invention is to increase the exchange capacity of boron and resistance to drying at elevated temperatures, which contributes to the intensification of the drying process. The ion exchanger has the composition: mMg (CH) 2 nNI (OH) 2x xpZr02, where, 57-0.78; , 20-0.42:, 0100-0.020. The method for its preparation is as follows. A mixture of magnesium, nickel (II) and zirconium (IV) hydroxides is precipitated from acidic solutions of their salts with alkaline reagents at a molar ratio in solution, respectively: 1: (0.25-0.75) :( 0.020-0.045) by pouring in a solution of a mixture of magnesium, nickel (II) and zirconium (IV) salts in an alkali solution, the precipitate is filtered and dried at 100-120 ° C and decrypted in water. The boron exchange capacity of ion exchangers for sorption from highly mineralized solution is 37-59 mg / g. 2 sec. f-ly, 1 tab. AND
