abstract This invention relates to medicine, in particular to pulmonology. The goal is to reduce the duration of treatment, lengthen the remission of the disease by stimulating the repair of the pulmonary epithelium and the function of the mucociliary apparatus. To this end, bemithyl is additionally introduced into the known complex treatment of the disease, including immunocorrective agents. This makes it possible to significantly reduce the time of treatment of the exacerbation of the process, by 1.5 times lengthening the remission of the disease.
