titleOfInvention Method for production of suspension for reconstruction of liver membranes and cells
abstract The invention relates to medicine, intended to create a drug for the treatment of liver diseases. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reparative effect of the suspension by mixing cotton phosphatidylcholine (FChl) and a liquor foaming agent (SP) detergent at a ratio of components (in mass parts) of 1: (0.1: 0.4) parts by weight. Then the mixture is treated with ultrasound in the mode of average power (180 W, frequency 30 kHz) for 6-10 minutes at 10 ° C. When the suspension becomes clear, the ultrasound is stopped. The suspension is used for membrane reconstruction.
