titleOfInvention Powered pneumatic support
abstract The invention relates to mining, in particular to mechanized pneumatic cladding faces. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of maintaining the roof by reducing its tramp in moving the lining. Pneumatic holds has downhole and bulkhead packages of shells (ON) 1, 2, placed between the base and the overlap. The bases are made of runners 5, 6 of a trough-shaped form and are placed under supports 7, on which software 1 is laid. Between the runners 5, 6 are placed skis (L) 8 with upper anti-friction coating and flexible sleeves 9 fixed on them from the bottom. Each L 8 is pivotally secured by the downhole ends on the base beam. The runner 5 is interconnected by crossbars and, under the bottomhole software 1, are connected to the base beam and the runners 6 of the dummy software by the shifter jack. The overlap of the pneumatic crimp is similar to the base made of L 20, 26 with elastic sleeves 21 on the side of the roof and anti-friction plates on the underside and on the runners mounted on the crossbars 18 through flexible hoses. Some of the L 20s are connected to the crossbars 18 of the downhole software 1, and the others L 26 are connected to the crossbars of the charging software 2. The movement of the software 1, 2 is carried out alternately with a shifter jack. This is preceded by the operation of spreading flexible hoses near the soil and the roof of the reservoir, as a result of which PO 1, 2 can move under load. 5 il.
