abstract The invention relates to soldering, in particular, to compositions of a paste for tinning and soldering of electronic radio elements, including for tinning of the contact pads of microcircuits and printed circuit boards and soldering of hinged elements to them. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of soldering and increase the shelf life of the paste without delamination. The paste contains the following elements, wt%: malonic acid 0.55 - 0.75n n n terpineol 1,15 - 1,5n n n antioxidant 2,6-di-tert-butyl-pcresol 0.005 - 0.009n n n hydrogenated rosin 5.0 - 6.2n n n substance from the class of amines - a mixture of C 14 , C 16 , C 18 - dimethylamines in the ratio of 1: (8.0 - 8.6): (16.0 - 16.4) - (1.3 - 1.5)n n n thixotropic additive - a mixture of 12 - hydroxystearic acid and hydrogenated castor oil in the ratio of 1: (2.0 - 2.5) - (0.50 - 0.75)n n n the solvent is dipropylene glycol 2.5 - 3.5 and the low-temperature solder powder based on tin - lead or tin - lead silver is the rest. Paste ensures the absence of solder balls and carbon on the substrate during the soldering process. There is no discontinuity and cracks on the surface after soldering. The shelf life of the paste without exfoliation and change of its printing and rheological properties is 12 months. 1 hp ff, 1 tab.
