titleOfInvention Strain of bacterium vibrio nag serovara, used for preparation of monovaric diagnostic serum
abstract This invention relates to the field of microbiology, namely to the serological identification of pathogenic vibrios. The aim of the invention is a serovar strain VIBRIO NAG 079, which is used to prepare a monovarial diagnostic serum for the identification of pathogenic vibrios. Strain VIBRIO NAG KM - 49 (203) 079 serovar has all the morphological, cultural and physiological properties characteristic of the genus VIBRIO. Strain KM-49 (203) has a specific O-antigen, and specific antibodies are formed by immunizing animals. The resulting serum agglutinates the vibrios of only a homologous 079 serovar and does not react with the vibrios of heterologous serovars.
