abstract | The method of determining the concentration of ethanol in biological material and exhaled air relates to the field of medicine, in particular, to forensic examination to determine the degree of exertion and diagnose a predisposition to alcoholism. In order to increase the sensitivity and accuracy of the method when working with biological material, it is preliminarily subjected to micro distillation, the sample is introduced into a solution containing NAD, wheat seed alcohol dehydrogenase, iodnitrotetrazolium violet, followed by spectrophotometry. When determining ethanol in exhaled air, the latter is bubbled through the solution. The use of the invention makes it possible to increase the sensitivity of the determination of ethanol up to 10 to 12 times. 2 hp f-ly, 2 tab. |
