titleOfInvention | Method for detection of swine parvovirus, recombinant plasmid dna ppv4, used as a hybridizational probe for swine parvovirus detection, and recombinant plasmed dna m13, used as a hybridizational probe for identification of swine parvoviruses |
abstract | The invention relates to veterinary medicine and can be used to detect porcine parvovirus in affected fruits, individual organs and tissues. The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity and specificity of the method. A method has been developed for detecting porcine parvovirus by direct DNA – DNA hybridization using hybridization probes. Recombinant DNAs were constructed on the basis of the plasmid PBR 322 and phage M 13, which contain fragments of the porvine parvovirus genome and serve as hybridization probes. 3 sec ff. |
