abstract This invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics. The goal is to provide dosed compression of fragments during the treatment period while reducing the morbidity. The device is fitted with a removable conductor mounted on the fixing rod 2 7 for holding the fastening rod 3, made in the form of an L-shaped bar 8, one end 9 of which has a guide sleeve 10 under the fastening rod 3 coaxially with the hole 6, and the other end 11 has an open groove 12 under the thread the fastening end 5 and the locking flag 13, the fastening rod 3 is made in the form of a needle 14, installed perpendicular to the locking rod 2, on the threaded fastening end 5 there is a slot 15 under the flag 13, and the fixing elements 4 are made in the form of screws 16 with removable adjustable stops 17, the plate 1 is made with the extreme oblique portions 18 that have notches 19 under the screws 16 from opposite sides 20. The fixing rod 2 is inserted into the femoral head, the plate 1 is mounted on it, unfurled until it stops in the bone, then The plate 1 and the screws 16, the jig 7, are fixed to it. The sleeve 10 is inserted all the way into the femoral head, the needle 14 is passed through it. The jig 7 is removed and the fragments are compressed. Spoke 14 bite, bend and sink under the skin.
