titleOfInvention Method for determining the degree of seriousness of illness state in cases of infectious inflammatory diseases complicated by endotoxicoses
abstract The invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the method and increase its accuracy. For this purpose, the chemiluminescence intensity of the test object containing luciferase and its substrates is determined before and after administration of 0.8% by volume of the patient's blood serum and the ratio of the chemiluminescence intensity of the test object in the presence of serum to the value of this intensity without serum is calculated. With values of the obtained intensity ratio of 0.26– 0.32, the state of the patient is satisfactory, with values of 0.32 - 0.37 - as a transition to the average weight, with values of 0.37 - 0.49 - as a state of average gravity, with values of 0.49 - 0.5 - as a transition to heavy, and with values over 0.5 - as heavy. The method is relatively simple, its execution takes 2 minutes, and the accuracy is 86%, which is 23% higher than in the known methods.
