titleOfInvention Mixture for making foundry moulds and cores
abstract The invention relates to foundry and can be used to make molds and cores from phosphate cold-hardening mixtures. The purpose of the invention is to increase the survivability of the mixture and improve its knockability. The mixture contains, wt%: aluminum-chromophosphate binder 4,0 ... 6,0n n n Trifolin 4.0 ... 6.0n n n refractory filler based on silica the rest. The introduction of trifoline into the mixture contributes to its vitality, since trifoline, in addition to iron oxides, does not contain other impurities, such as calcium and aluminum oxides. The formation of an inorganic polymer of branched structure in the course of a chemical reaction of aluminochromophosphate and trifoline inorganic polymer contributes to creating the necessary strength of the mixture and its good knockability. 2 tab.
