titleOfInvention Strain of bacteria serratia marcescens- a producer of endonuclease
abstract The invention relates to biotechnology and is a new strain of the bacteria S.MARCESCENS producing nonspecific endonuclease (CFF 1. 4. 9), which can be used in research studies on the antitumor and antiviral properties of the endonuclease in the study chromatin structures to produce mononucleotides. The purpose of the invention is to obtain a non-pigmented strain of SERRATIA MARCESCENS VKPM B-4870 (28-13), which has a higher level of endonuclease activity in the culture fluid. Obtained by the method of induced mutagenesis, the pigment-free strain S. MARCESCENS 28 - 13 possesses endonuclease activity that is 150 times higher than the activity of the original strain Vy - 211 ATCC - 9986, 1.5 times the activity of the pigment strain VKPM B-3857 with increased activity of endonuclease. 1 tab.
