titleOfInvention Method for assessment of hemosorption efficiency in patients with endogenous intoxication syndrome
abstract The invention relates to medicine, namely to laboratory research methods. The purpose of the invention is the intraoperative assessment and reduction of postoperative complications. The method makes it possible to carry out express control over the efficiency of hemosorption and reduce the number of possible complications. The method for evaluating the efficiency of hemosorption is carried out by dynamically determining the concentration of medium molecules before and after the mass exchanger with the sorbent. The concentration of middle molecules is determined by high-performance liquid column chromatography on silica gel-modified adsorbent, with water-alcohol eluents being fused. 3 tab.
